Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds are available only for refundable tickets, in accordance with the respective airline’s policies.

Non-refundable tickets are not eligible for cash refunds.

For bookings made with low-cost carriers, booking fees are non-refundable.

In the case of non-refundable tickets, airlines may offer future travel credit, subject to their individual rules and conditions.

Additional airline-imposed penalties or service processing fees may apply.

Rebooking Charges

Changes or rebookings may be subject to an airline change fee ranging from USD 100 to USD 300, depending on the carrier and fare type.

If the newly selected flight has a higher fare, the fare difference must be paid by the customer.

Compliance Policy

Unused credits are not refundable if a ticket is canceled due to a compliance or policy violation.

We reserve the right to cancel or disable any booking found to be in violation of our Terms of Use or Acceptable Use Policy.

Customers are advised to review all applicable terms and policies carefully before completing a booking.

Chargeback Policy

Filing a chargeback may result in automatic ticket cancellation and suspension of services.

To resolve a chargeback-related issue, customers must contact our support team. In some cases, repurchasing the booking may be required.
